What does the ACE-530 add over the ACE-360?
At RM4,100, the ACE-530 costs RM950 more than the ACE-360. The published differences include a 12-inch rather than 10-inch snare, an 8-inch rather than 5-inch kick pad, full-rubber crash pads and a 14-inch three-zone ride rather than a 12-inch dual-zone ride. Compare it if those playing surfaces and ride zones matter to you. Check the assembled footprint in the shop; exact floor dimensions and double-pedal compatibility are not confirmed here.
Headphones let you listen to the module without speakers, but pad strikes and pedal impacts still make physical noise. Try the response and listen to the unamplified kit before deciding whether it suits your home or apartment.
